Each in-person registered participant will receive a name badge upon arrival. For organisational and security reasons, we request that all participants and industry partners wear their badges at all times during the congress activities. Re-print due to loss of badges or due to misspelled names can be done at the registration desk at a cost of EUR 25 per badge (inclusive 23% Portuguese VAT).
Certificate of attendance
Only registered participants who attended the congress either in-person or online during the dates between 2 October 2021 and 13 January 2022 can download their certificate of attendance via their My ECNP portal from Wednesday 6 October. For participants who did not attend the congress before 13 January 2022 12.00 CET, no certificate will be generated.
Food & drinks
Coffee, tea and lunch are available to all in-person congress participants as indicated on the programme schedule. A cash bar will be open for sale of food and drinks during the entire congress days.
Children at the congress venue
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted into the congress venue due to the Covid-19 rulings. The congress also does not offer child care this year due to these rulings.
Digital congress supplement to the ECNP journal European Neuropsychopharmacology (ENP)
Abstracts accepted for publication and presented at the 34th ECNP Congress Hybrid will be published in a digital supplement to the journal European Neuropsychopharmacology (ENP).

The organisers will not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. It is highly recommended that all participants carry proper health and travel insurance.
The official language of the 34th ECNP Congress Hybrid is English. No translation and/or subtitles will be provided during the sessions.
Lost and found

For those who missed a session or would like to review a presentation, all presentations approved for release by their presenters are available for registered participants only on the online platform until 13 January 2022 12.00 CET.
It is not allowed to bring drinks or food inside the session rooms. When a session room is fully seated, it is not permitted to enter the room or stand at the back of the room due to security and Covid-19 regulations. Please follow the routes defined by arrows on the floor in order to keep to Covid-19 regulations and follow instructions given by hostesses. We will provide an overflow room if possible.
